1 pkg. devils food cake mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Pour oil into pan (13 x 9 inch) and be sure it covers bottom evenly. Pour remaining ingredients into pan and blend well with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Toothpick inserted in center will be clean. Cool. Dust with powdered sugar or frost with chocolate frosting.
