NACHO SKILLET CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped

Brown and drain.

1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2-1 tsp. chili powder
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can drained kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) can Mexicorn

Stir into meat mixture. Simmer 10-20 minutes until most of the mixture is absorbed.

2 c. slightly broken tortilla chips
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Sprinkle chips over meat mixture. Top with cheese. Cover. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately with lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole as garnish.
