CHILES RELLENOS 
3 (4 oz.) cans whole chilies
2 eggs
1 c. half & half
1/3 c. flour
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Beat together eggs, half and half and flour. Make alternate layers of chiles, shredded cheese, and egg mixture in an 8" square baking dish. Pour tomatoes sauce over the top when you are done layering. Bake 1 hour or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
