AFTER SCHOOL SNACK | |
1/2 lb. corn chips (round) 3 c. cooked beans, refried 1 c. whipped cheese 8 oz. sour cream 1 lg. avocado Heat refried beans. Mash avocado, add salt to taste, until creamy. Place 10 chips on plate, add beans on top of each. Top with cheese, 1 teaspoon guacamole and sour cream. |
