NO FAIL FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 jar (10 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Combine sugar, butter and milk in buttered large glass mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap.

2. Microwave on "Roast" for 10 minutes. Stir and continue cooking on "Roast" for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water. Stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Fold in marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla.

3. Pour into buttered 3 quart (13x9) pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. 72 fudge squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
