PISTACHIO PIE 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. pistachio pudding, instant OR
1 pkg. chocolate pudding, instant

Make crust by mixing flour, nuts, and butter. Press into 9-inch pie pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees; cool well.

First layer: Powdered sugar, cream cheese, 1/2 of 9-ounce bowl of Cool Whip. Mix well in given order until well blended and pour into crust.

Second layer: Mix pudding according to directions on package. Pour over first layer.

Third layer: Use rest of Cool Whip to top pie. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired. Easy to double this recipe. If doubled, put in 9x13 cake pan.
