PISTACHIO PIE | |
1 c. flour 1 stick butter 1 c. chopped nuts 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip 2 (3 1/2 oz. each) pkgs. pistachio instant pudding 3 c. cold milk Mix first three ingredients like pie dough. Press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, Cool Whip. Pour over cooled crust. Beat together pudding and cold milk for 2 minutes on high speed - spread on top of second layer - put remaining Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Put in refrigerator to chill. |
