SALMON LOAF 
1 can salmon
2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs, separated

Crush corn flakes. Mix with salmon, sour cream and beaten egg yolks. Fold in beaten egg whites. Add crushed corn flakes and onions. Form into loaf and bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
