BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sugar
1 onion, diced
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. hot water
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix and heat all ingredients. Wash and dry meat. Coat meat in flour. Place skin side down on baking dish. Add 1/4 cup butter.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F with no sauce. Then add sauce and bake another 30 minutes.
