6-8 med. potatoes
1/2 c. butter (butter)
1 jar Salad Supreme seasoning

Peel potatoes and dice to bite size pieces. Boil until soft; drain in medium bowl. Add potatoes to butter. Fold potatoes to coat butter on all potatoes. Sprinkle Salad Supreme while folding potatoes to coat potatoes to desired taste. Serves 4.
