HEATH BAR CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. white sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
6 Heath bars, broken or 1 pkg. Heath bar chips

Blend first 7 ingredients like cornmeal and save 1/2 cup of this mixture. Stir in egg, slightly beaten and buttermilk.

Topping: Mix Heath bars (broken), 1/2 cup crumbs from first mixture and chopped nuts (if desired). Place cake in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle topping over batter and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
