HERE'S WHAT'S COOKING 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. well drained crushed pineapple
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins

Beat eggs, salad oil, sugar, and vanilla until thick and foamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple.

Add flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, nuts, and raisins.

Bake in 2 greased and floured 5 x 9 inch loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
