1 lb. Jimmy Dean's hot sausage
2 c. Bisquick
10 oz. med. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped jalapeno pepper (optional)

Mix sausage and Bisquick in a large mixing bowl. Add peppers. Grate cheese and melt in a double boiler. Add melted cheese to mixture. Scrunch dough into bite-sized balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes alot!
