SPICY MEAT BALLS 
Tony's seasoning, optional
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 c. chopped shallots
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. flour
Cooking oil

Saute garlic, onions, celery and bell pepper. Drain and mix with ground beef, salt and pepper or use creole seasoning. Add shallots and make into balls. Roll in flour and brown in oil on all sides. cook until well done on low fire. Remove meat balls and make gravy of flour, oil, salt and pepper. Add meat balls and baste with gravy. Serve alone, over rice or cooked noodles.
