SQUASH PIE 
2 1/2 c. grated squash necks (no seeds)
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 stick butter (melted)
5 tbsp. plain flour
5 well beaten eggs
5 tsp. lemon juice
5 tsp. coconut flavoring
2 unbaked pie shells

Mix ingredients well. Pour into unbaked pie shells.

Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Makes 2 deep dish pies.
