HUCKLEBERRY JAM 
4 1/2 c. crushed berries
7 c. sugar
1 bottle liquid fruit pectin

Combine fruit, sugar and mix well. Bring to full boil, boil 1 minute. While stirring, remove from heat. At once, stir in liquid pectin. Skim and stir for 5 minutes. Pour into glasses or jars. Cover with paraffin.
