HOT PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drained (save juice)
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Mix all ingredients together in 1 1/2 quart greased dish. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over mixture. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
