TUNA - STUFFED TOMATOES | |
1 can chunk light tuna, packed in water 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/3 c. low-calorie mayonnaise 1/4 c. parsley, chopped 2 tbsp. green onion, minced 1/4 tsp. black pepper 36 cherry tomatoes Drain tuna. Combine tuna with celery, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, onion and pepper. Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out seeds; turn upside down to drain. Fill with tuna salad, served, chilled on plate of leafy greens. 21 calories per appetizer. |
