2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Juice of 1 juicy orange

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Beat eggs lightly. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add flour mixture alternately with the juice, a little at a time.

Grease baking pan and dust with flour.

Bake at 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
