EASY PECAN ROLLS 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
3 1/2 c. or 1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
2 tbsp. whipping cream
Chopped pecans

Combine marshmallow creme, sugar, and vanilla and butter flavoring. Knead until all is thoroughly blended. Roll and shape into 8 rolls. Wrap in plastic and freeze.

Melt caramel and heavy cream in double boiler. Dip frozen rolls in caramel and roll in pecans.
