CRAB WIGGLE 
1 c. cooked crab
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. cream or half & half
1/4 c. white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper

Saute flour in butter for 2 minutes. Stir in cream and season. Add crab and lemon juice. Remove from heat, add wine and allow to steep 5 minutes. Crab meat, lobster and oysters will "Wiggle".
