SALMON WIGGLE 
2 c. flaked cooked salmon (1 can)
2 c. cooked green peas
2 c. white sauce
2 dozen crisp crackers
Paprika

Heat salmon and peas in sauce. Serve on crackers. Sprinkle with paprika.

For the sauce melt 4 tablespoons of butter, blend in 4 tablespoons flour stirring until smooth. Then add 2 cups of milk gradually stirring constantly until boiling point, reduce heat and cook for 3 minutes longer. Then add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and blend.

My mother had a close recipe to what you have. She added 3 boiled eggs to her white sauce and had it over homemade mashed potatoes. It is a family hit!
