SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (16 oz.)

Melt butter. Mix ingredients together and pour into greased 9x13 casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
3/4 stick butter (melted)
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)

Melt butter, add flour and sugar and stir well. Place over potato mixture. Add chopped nuts. Bake 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
