SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 c. canned evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring

Topping:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients for filling in large bowl and pour into greased casserole baking dish.

Blend topping ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Cook at 375°F for 30 minutes.
