YOGURT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
1 container lemon yogurt
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Beat all ingredients together until very well blended. Pour 1/2 of mixture into tube or bundt pan. Sprinkle with a cinnamon-sugar mixture. Add rest of batter.

Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, then lower to 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Cake is done when tester comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.

VARIATIONS: Banana Cake Mix, Banana Instant Pudding, Banana Yogurt. Chocolate cake mix, Chocolate Instant Pudding, Lemon or Banana Yogurt. You can also substitute "eggbeaters" for the regular eggs. This is like a pound cake - nice and moist and keeps very well.
