BROCCOLI/CHEESE SOUP 
1 c. ham, chunked
1 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Boil ham in water 10 minutes. Add broccoli, cook to tender. Gradually add milk to the flour and blend. Gradually add milk mix to ham and stir to thicken. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, add cheese and seasoning. Cook until cheese melts. 4 servings.
