DOUBLE CHOCOLATE GELATO | |
Prepare Cream Custard Gelato as directed except omit lemon or orange peel. Before adding remaining milk, stir in 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate. Stir with wire whisk until smooth. Add remaining milk. Chill completely. Freeze as directed. |
