THERMOS BOTTLE STEW 
2 tbsp. Crisco
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 c. water
1 lb. ground turkey or lean hamburger
1 c. tomato soup
1 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. cooked vegetables
Salt & pepper

Lightly brown onions and meat in Crisco. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer slowly. Makes 4-6 servings.
