EASY FUDGE FROSTING 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Bring sugar, milk and butter to a full boil in saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips and beat until it begins to thicken. Spread on cake. This generously frosts a 9 x 13 inch cake.
