6 lg. potatoes 6 lg. carrots 4 lg. onions 2-3 rings of Kielbasa Peel and cut vegetables into large pieces. Put in large pot or pressure cooker. Cover vegetables with water. If using pressure cooker, follow directions. Add Kielbasa and cook until vegetables are tender. Remove meat and cut into pieces. Drain vegetables and add 4 teaspoons butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mash until smooth. Serve in large bowl with meat. |
