WICKED CHICKEN 
2 c. cooked chicken (boil day before about 1 to 3 lb. chicken)
1 pkg. frozen cut string beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Butter bottom and sides of baking dish. Spread 2/3 of stuffing in bottom of dish. Spread partially cooked beans. Then spread 1 can DRAINED mushrooms. Spread chicken chunks on top. Mix 1 can mushroom soup with 2/3 can milk. Pour over layered ingredients. Then mix 1 1/2 cups dried stuffing with 1/3 cup HOT water with 2 tablespoons melted butter to moisten. Sprinkle on top of casserole.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Can be made day before. Refrigerate then cook.
