"SERB" GOULASH 
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
2 lg. onions, sliced
1 tbsp. oil
1 pkg. Knockwurst or Wieners
1 med. green pepper, sliced lengthwise
Wondra (a coarse type flour)
Salt and sugar to taste
1 c. rice cooked per directions on package

Brown onions in oil. Add tomatoes and crush. Sprinkle a little sugar to take edge off tomatoes. Salt to taste. Sprinkle Wondra over tomatoes and mix. (This should thicken the juice.) Add Knockwurst, cut in 1-inch pieces. Add green pepper. Cook 10 more minutes. Serve on a bed of cooked rice.
