1/4 c. LAND O LAKES Sweet Cream Butter 9 oz. pkg. frozen French style green beans, thawed, drained 3/4 tsp. Italian herb seasoning 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 2 oz. jar chopped pimiento, undrained 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, cut into quarters 1/2 c. chopped pecans In 2 quart saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Stir in all ingredients except artichokes and pecans. Cover, cook, stirring occasionally, until green beans are crisply tender (5 to 7 minutes). Stir in artichokes and pecans. Cover. Continue cooking until artichokes are heated through (2 to 3 minutes). Yield 4 (3/4 cup) servings. |
