1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and mashed (14 oz.)
1 can chopped green chili peppers, optional (4 oz.)

Mix all ingredients and place in pie plate or quiche pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers. This is really easy and so delicious.
