PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cans (2 c.) pumpkin
2/3 c. water
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. pecans

Combine sugar, pumpkin, water, oil and eggs; mix well. Add dry ingredients; beat until well mixed. This recipe makes four small loaf pans or 12 cup Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
