1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed 1/2 c. vinegar 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. bell pepper, chopped 1/2 to 1 c. onion, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. Miracle Whip 2 to 3 carrots, shredded 1 can Eagle Brand milk Be sure macaroni has been rinsed with cold water and is completely cooled. Mix with remaining ingredients. Keep refrigerated. Will keep for several days. |
