BAKED HADDOCK | |
Desired amount haddock 1/2 lb. Saltines and Ritz crackers, rolled until fine crumbs 1/4 lb. melted butter Dash of Worcestershire or A-1 Sauce Some amount of garlic powder 1 oz. sherry wine Mix all ingredients together. If too dry, add more butter. Make pocket in fish fillet and put in stuffing. Spread butter over the top and dash small amount of lemon juice (if preferred) over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done. Be sure to preheat oven. |
