CRUNCHY CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 c. ground cooked ham or 2 cans Hormel chunk ham
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. chopped nuts (or enough to roll ball in)

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Shape into ball with spoon in bowl. Cover. Chill several hours. Then remove from bowl and roll in nuts. Serve on bed of parsley with crackers.
