SPANISH OLIVES 
These olives get better the longer they marinate!

1 (10 oz.) jar green olives with pits
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
1 green chili pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano

Put olives and juice into a large jar or bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Marinate for several days. Serve cold. These will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
