CREAM CHEESE OLIVE AND BEEF
CHEESEBALL

2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 medium jar green olives with pimento, chopped
1 small jar or can black olives, chopped
3 green onions, diced
1 large jar dried beef, chopped

I put the olives, onion and beef in the food processor (each separately) to chop it. Put all ingredients together with cream cheese until smooth. Form into a ball.

Optional: roll in chopped pecans.

Serve with any cracker of your choice.
