1 c. butter, soft
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened

Mix all ingredients together - freeze. Mix 2-4 tablespoons with approximately 1 cup water - and small amount of rum.
