1 box yellow cake mix
1 (No. 303) can crushed pineapple
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 pan according to directions. Place drained pineapple over the top of the cake. Beat pudding according to the directions. Mix in softened cream cheese. Place mixture over pineapple. Cover with Cool Whip and top with chopped nuts. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
