CHEESY POTATOES | |
1 pkg. frozen hash browns 1 stick of butter 1/2 to 1 c. milk 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese Lawry's seasoning salt Defrost potatoes in microwave. Times vary with each microwave. Put butter in deep skillet, add the potatoes, breaking them up as much as you can. Cover potatoes with milk, exposing the top of the potatoes. Add the cubed or sliced Velveeta, whichever you prefer. Mix well. Add Lawry's to taste. Keep breaking up the potatoes until fine. Try not to use more than 1/2 cup of milk. Spray a casserole dish with Pam, put potatoes in and either put in microwave for 10 minutes or in the oven for approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees until hot. Done. |
