ONE GALLON TEA 
12 tea bags
6 lemons
3 c. sugar
8 or 10 pinches mint
1 gal. water

Boil 1/2 gallon water and pour over tea bags, lemon juice and rinds, and mint. Add sugar and stir. Let stand 2 or 3 hours. Strain and add remainder of water. Will keep cloud free, in refrigerator until used.
