CRANBERRY MUFFINS 
1 c. grated cranberries
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. corn oil
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Blend corn oil and egg. Add other ingredients. Stir together. Pour into paper-lined or greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
