SUPER SALAD 
2 Granny Smith apples, cut fine
1/4 c. raisins
3 stalks celery, cut fine
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
7 oz. pineapple chunks, drained

DRESSING:

1/4 c. light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. plain non-fat yogurt
2 tsp. sugar

Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over fruit. Toss and refrigerate.
