GILGAN'S CHICKEN IN WHITE WINE
SAUCE
 
4 chicken breasts, skinned
Flour for dusting chicken
2 tbsp. olive oil
12 sm. red potatoes, halved
8 carrots, peeled and quartered
1/2 med. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 can white wine
Mrs. Dash to taste
Salt to taste

Dust chicken breasts in flour. Heat electric skillet to 350 degrees. Add olive oil. Brown chicken breasts. In mixing bowl, combine soup, water and wine. Set aside. Add potatoes, carrots, onions and garlic to chicken. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and salt. Turn skillet to 225 degrees. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
