2 c. cut-up cooked turkey
1 jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs

Heat oven 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender at high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
