PORK CHOP CREOLE 
6 pork chops
1 onion, chopped
1 (#2) can tomatoes
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 c. cooked rice

Sprinkle chops lightly with flour. Cook in skillet with small amount of oil until brown. Set aside to keep warm. Brown onions in skillet used for chops. Add tomatoes, green peppers, and seasonings. Return chops to sauce and cook slowly until thick. Place chops on platter. Cover with rice and pour sauce over all. Serves 6.
