CHOCOLATE ICE BOX DESSERT 
2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 shaved chocolate bar

Mix butter, flour and nuts. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees and then cool.

Mix 1 cup Cool Whip, powdered sugar, cream cheese and spread on crust. Beat until thick chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding and milk. Spread on top of cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Add shaved chocolate bar on top. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
